1959: City’s Good Timing is Teasingly Called Bad Timing

In 1959 the Daily Globe criticized the City of Worthington just a bit for its decision to pave on both sides of West Elementary after classes convened, but recognizes that the city waited until a good time to do 10th Street.

    I’m pretty sure that piece was written by Ray Crippen. It sure reads like his work, with just a touch of sarcasm.
