Silhouettes in a Snowstorm in 1959
"This artistic study of a human figure and a dog silhouetted against the first snowfall of the season was captured by Daily Globe photographer Larry Schlick Thursday. Actually the snowfall was not as bad as the photo suggests. It only seemed that bad to forlorn human figures who were struggling with snow shovels."
This photo didn’t reproduce very well from the old newspaper. We probably have the original film somewhere down in the basement.
Next post at noon.
