1985: Planners Recommend Downtown Renovations for Worthington

In 1985, a consulting firm recommended the renovation of downtown Worthington, as well as creating clearer traffic patterns.

What’s changed since 1984 in the downtown, as far as renovations and traffic pattern changes go? I’m very curious.
