1960:Tall, Dark and Gorgeous Miss St Paul

Richard Pierson, 14, of Slayton, was shown in the Daily Globe in 1960 with the beautiful Miss St. Paul. Miss St. Paul was a mare, and won three blue ribbons at a national horse show. Next post at noon.

This 1945 advertisement for a Spencer Tracy movie, "Thirty Seconds Over Tokyo," uses the planes as capital Ts for the title. Awesome! They had a midnight showing, too. Next post at 9 a.m.
