1945: Man to Launch Carp Canning Company

A Minnesotan was going to launch a carp canning company in 1945.

Honestly, the only thing less appetizing than canned fish (except tuna, which we’re all used to) is canned carp, specifically. But if we could get more people to eat it, they wouldn’t have such an easy time competing with game fish.
