"Sink the Bismarck!" was playing at the Gay Drive-In in 1960, and just in case anyone thought the post’s title was seriously meant, no, the Bismarck was not a doughnut. It was a very famous, very large World War II German battleship.

Kari, in case you did not know this, doughnuts have holes, bismarks do not. It would more accurately be called a pastry or sweet roll.
To be perfectly accurate, Bismarcks /did/ not. Then it got sunk by application of a lot of holes.
